Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.necessarilynerdy.com, operated by Necessarily Nerdy LLC.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your item, I will confirm via email or contact provided and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 10 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.

Exchanges:
Necessarily Nerdy may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Item does not fit
    1. Necessarily Nerdy is happy to exchange mask sizes on a case-by-case basis. Up to 2 size exchanges are generally approved for every customer.
    2. Plushies are not subject to item fit exchanges as plushies fit all!
  • Item arrives damaged or otherwise not as described
    1. A request based on this reason requires a picture of defect to confirm damage
    2. All damaged products that have been approved via picture by Nessy will be exchanged with no need to send damaged product back. 1 Exchange per customer is generally approved.
  • Item does not arrive
    1. If an item is lost in transit (Indicated by failure of tracking to update for 5 days and lack of arrival more than 5 days past the estimated time via USPS post) Necessarily Nerdy takes responsibility for the item and will ship out a replacement item at NN cost. 1 Replacement order per customer is approved if the above conditions are met.
    2. If the original item does arrive following the replacement;
      • If the order is worth more than $30 and is not a custom (personalized by a name or other identifying feature, rendering the item unsellable, as determined by Necessarily Nerdy) order Necessarily Nerdy will send a return shipping label and will offer store credit if item is sent back and received by Necessarily Nerdy.
      • If the order was worth less than $30 or personalized by name or other identifying feature rendering the item unsellable, as determined by Necessarily Nerdy the customer is welcomed to keep the order.
      • Replacement items are generally approved as 1 replacement per customer.
